Lars says:
"At the end of my internship, I genuinely felt sad that it was over. That's why I extended it for another period as a working student. But then it was really time to finish my studies. During my graduation, I immediately reached out, and fortunately, there was room. So, it was quickly arranged.
I came back for the people. Everyone at Spark thinks about design in a similar way to how I do. With a certain focus on functionality, always keeping technology in mind and putting the user at the center.
Dynamic and diverse work
But the challenging projects and technical approach also brought me back. I love the work at Spark because it's so dynamic and diverse. We're making big strides and contributing a lot. I love to make progress on projects. It's not for me to spend 5 months developing a small part of a design. I really want to make a difference.
The first day felt immediately familiar, as if I hadn't been away. By the second day, I was already scheduled on projects and could dive right in. I could pick up right where I left off. I really missed diving into projects. So far, I've already had a taste of so many projects. Unfortunately, I can't tell you too much, but I'm active in all domains of Spark (Medical, Industry, Smart & Robotics).
