Spark is looking for Technical Medicine students to join us for an internship in medical product development! This is your chance to use your expertise to drive innovation, improve treatments, and support doctors in their daily work.
We have multiple internships available every semester. If you are interested in a specific time period, let us know in an email to internship@sparkdesign.nl accompanied with your resumé and portfolio or some medical project experience.
What you’ll do
• Translate your research and medical insights into actionable product requirements
• Interview nurses, doctors, and patients to understand their needs
• Get hands-on with product design: sketching, prototyping, and using 3D CAD
• Build physical prototypes of innovative designs or subsystems
• Apply your skills in coding, electronics, or medical technology to design and execute tests that measure performance, user experience, medical functionality and other important functions
