We are known for the innovative and often technically challenging products we develop for clients in the Netherlands and abroad. We do this with our multidisciplinary team of talented designers in our very pleasant innovation studio in Rotterdam. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for driven design engineering talents with at least 7 years of working experience in product development. Independent and quick, meticulous and energetic. Focused on collaboration and driven to further develop knowledge and skills as an industrial design engineer by working on challenging projects.
Your role within the team is to develop smart, integral design solutions and translate, with the help of prototyping, testing and improving these solutions into feasible product designs that are well put together and ultimately accurately recorded in 3D CAD and on technical drawings. You will keep an eye on conditions in projects such as producibility, cost price, investment space, lead time, laws and regulations, assembly and maintenance.

You understand complex problems and are able to turn your vision into innovative solutions and products.
You combine untamed creativity with a healthy dose of technical insight.
You switch effortlessly between the broad context and the details to navigate to the most optimal solutions.
The dynamics of projects are constantly changing but you are flexible and not afraid of what we in Rotterdam call “action instead of talking” [Niet lullen maar poetsen].
You are acritical thinker and keep your environment on its toes.
You have extensive SolidWorks experience.
You are not afraid to go into the workshop and build and test models and prototypes of your ideas.
You communicate easily with colleagues, customer and supplier. You enjoy involving the mat the right time in the process.
You enjoy getting things done and are proud when you have managed to translate the customer's idea into an optimal solution and a good end product.
