At Spark, we are thrilled to be part of the groundbreaking SolarChef project, a solution that promises affordable, clean, and sustainable cooking using solar energy. This project not only helps reduce fuel costs, but also promotes healthier living and positively impacts the environment.
The first field tests have been a resounding success! During SolarChef’s visit to the farming communities of Musanze and Rwamagana in Rwanda, they introduced potato and chili farmers to the solar-powered e-cooker. The reception was overwhelmingly positive, as farmers immediately saw the potential benefits of this innovative cooking solution.
